The Vin Rambla Roundabout is a planned public infrastructure and landscape enhancement project located within the Montecillo master-planned community in El Paso, Texas. ECOM Construction and Development Services, LLC is serving as the General Contractor for this highly coordinated civil, structural, electrical, and landscape improvement.

Once complete, the roundabout will feature:

• Custom concrete and structural elements designed to meet geotechnical standards and enhance durability.
• Native desert landscaping with species such as agave, deer grass, and golden barrel cactus, supported by a modern drip irrigation system.
• Architectural stone garden walls and integrated public art sculptures to create a signature focal point within the development.
• Low-voltage landscape lighting and upgraded electrical infrastructure to support both safety and aesthetics.

This project is currently in the early stages of construction and is expected to significantly improve both traffic circulation and visual appeal at one of Montecillo’s key intersections.
