Located in the heart of El Paso’s vibrant west side, Montecillo 8 Park is a thoughtfully designed public space that integrates modern landscaping, interactive features, and multi-generational amenities. This dynamic urban park spans approximately 1.3 acres and serves as a community hub for relaxation, play, and cultural engagement.

ECOM Construction and Development Services, LLC partnered with EPT Land Communities to bring this space to life, overseeing full construction services from site development to final installations. The park features expansive lawn areas, shaded seating modules, terraced plazas, custom brick arches, and ADA-accessible pathways woven through native landscaping and vibrant plant palettes.

Signature design elements include:

• A central water feature with sculptural lighting
• Playground zones with rubber safety surfacing and Lappset equipment
• Audio integration via Bose landscape speakers
• Seat walls, berms, and rope bridges enhancing both form and function
• Integrated irrigation, drainage, and lighting systems for long-term sustainability

With a focus on accessibility, durability, and visual impact, Montecillo 8 Park reflects ECOM’s commitment to delivering high-quality outdoor environments that elevate the surrounding community.
